The first two pictures are pattern because they have a repetitiveness to them. In the first picture the bricks are repetitive throughout the photo. The second one has the orange squares contrast against the blue and shows how they are the same thing in the picture. The last two pictures are rhythm because they show the same object but different sizes. The third picture the rocks on the wall are different sizes. In the last picture the cracks on the road show how the road is made up of different size rocks.
